Integrative Psychotherapy

Therapy that looks at the whole picture.

For teens, adults, & couples | Online in California

You might come to therapy because you're anxious, burned out, stuck in the same relationship patterns, overwhelmed by your emotions, or because you're doing everything you're supposed to be doing and still don't feel like yourself.

I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence, difficult family dynamics, relationship challenges, burnout, and creative blocks.

My approach integrates talk therapy with EMDR, somatic therapy, and creative arts therapies. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we'll look at the bigger picture: your nervous system, relationships, history, culture, identity, and the patterns you've developed to survive and move through the world.

Areas of Focus

We all experience difficult seasons of life. Therapy can offer support while you find your footing and reconnect to yourself and others. Whether you are seeking short-term, intensive support, or long-term depth work, I would be honored to be a part of your journey.

Integrative Approach

Because trauma and stress affect the whole-person (Mind, Body, Emotions, and Relationships), I draw from a variety of approaches and tailor therapy to your unique needs.

EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) EMDR is a targeted trauma therapy that helps us get to the root of experiences that are still affecting you now. Rather than spending months talking around the same patterns, we work directly with how traumatic memories have been stored so your brain can process what happened and stop responding as though it’s still happening.

Somatic Therapy

Somatic Therapy Sometimes you can understand exactly why you feel the way you do—and still feel stuck. Trauma isn’t held only in the parts of the brain responsible for language and conscious thought. Somatic therapy gets us out of words and into the body through movement, sensation, breath, and embodied awareness, helping you access information and wisdom your body may be carrying.

Music Therapy

You do not need to be a musician for music therapy. Humans are inherently rhythmic, musical beings, and music engages the brain and nervous system in ways words alone cannot. I combine current neuroscience with the emotional depth of music using listening, rhythm, imagery, voice, and other musical experiences to help you access, process, and move through what’s underneath.
